DIY: Oversized Desk

Matt and I have finally consolidated Henry and Tate into one room (more about that on another day). It now means we have a bonafide office and guest room! 

We wanted an extra long desk to accommodate both of us. Here's how we did it:

We ordered:

• three of these for the ends and middle of our table
• the 98" version of this countertop
• two of these chairs

It actually worked out! Yes, I say that with a bit of surprise. We had trouble finding examples of this on Pinterest. I was looking for a step-by-step of which countertop to buy and which filing cabinets to use. I can usually find any project on Pinterest, but I couldn't find exactly what we wanted to do (I'm sure it's there--I just couldn't find it).
